Having worked in museums, schools and on archaeology sites, we enjoyed bringing history to life to a wide range of audiences. As of March 2023, Makers of History have delivered high-quality history workshops to almost 45,000 school children across the North West, with many schools repeating the experience year-after-year. Every workshop includes hands-on activities, artefacts, crafts, games, costumes and drama to ensure every child is engaged and to appeal to pupils with a wide range of abilities. Typically, the day starts straight after registration, and ends about 25 minutes before Home Time. Two or three form entry schools also enjoy a full day of content with classes working in parallel. Half day workshops available depending upon location. We promise to give your children a day they will never forget!
